Welcome to Jesse Bordeau's Senior Thesis website. Over the course of this year, an in-depth analysis of the AC Marriott will take place. This 15 story residential hotel in Philadelphia is projected to begin construction in the Fall of 2015 and be completed by the Summer of 2017.
In the Fall semester, I will be taking a closer look and complete a full structural analysis of 230 North 13th Street. In the Spring, I will explore alternate structural systems and determine if my scheme is feasible.
